At Point 3 Studio, we take great pride in delivering high-quality custom products and services tailored to each client’s specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our work, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Non-Refundable Items & Services
All custom-made products and digital services are non-refundable. This includes:

Once production begins or files are delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, as each item is made specifically for your request and cannot be resold.
2. Deposits & Upfront Payments
All orders require full payment upfront or a non-refundable deposit to begin work. This secures your order and covers material, time, and design preparation costs.
3. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order only before any work or production has started. If work has already begun (including design, digitising, or manufacturing), no cancellation or refund will be granted.

4. Revisions & Artwork Approval
For digital services like embroidery digitising and vector art, we offer a limited number of revisions (as stated in your quote or invoice).
It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs and samples before final production.
Once approved, Point 3 Studio is not liable for errors that were present in the approved file.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your physical order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item. You must include:

Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be a production error or defect on our part, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Shipping delays or minor color/size variances are not considered defects.
6. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect order due to our mistake, we will work with you to resolve it quickly. Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item.
7. No Refunds for Subjective Preferences
We do not offer refunds for issues such as:

Changing your mind after production

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in refusal of future service and potential legal action.
