Welcome to Point 3 Studio. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Us

Point 3 Studio is a trading name of ERP Creations Limited ("we", "our", "us").

ERP Creations Limited is registered in England and Wales and operates the Point 3 Studio brand, providing custom patches, heat transfers, keychains, enamel pins, embroidery digitising, vector artwork, promotional merchandise and related custom products.

Throughout this website, references to "Point 3 Studio", "we", "our" and "us" refer to ERP Creations Limited trading as Point 3 Studio.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotations provided by Point 3 Studio are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Product specifications

  • Artwork requirements

  • Quantities ordered

  • Material selection

  • Shipping destination

We reserve the right to amend pricing where incorrect information has been provided or where production requirements change.

3. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once:

  • Payment has been received; or

  • Written approval has been provided for production to begin.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, artwork and specifications are accurate before approval.

4. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, mock-ups and production specifications before manufacturing begins.

Once approval has been given, Point 3 Studio cannot be held responsible for errors including:

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Incorrect colours

  • Sizing issues

  • Design inaccuracies approved by the customer

Production will proceed based on the approved artwork.

5. Custom Products

Most products supplied by Point 3 Studio are custom-made to order.

As products are manufactured according to customer specifications, variations may occur including:

  • Colours

  • Stitching

  • Print placement

  • Materials

  • Finishes

  • Dimensions

Minor variations are considered acceptable within industry manufacturing tolerances.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified on your quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Orders may be delayed if payment is not received.

  • Outstanding balances must be settled before dispatch.

All prices are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.

7. Production Times

Estimated production times are provided as a guide only.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier issues

  • Shipping disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Artwork approval delays

  • Force majeure events

Point 3 Studio shall not be liable for losses resulting from production or delivery delays.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once goods have been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries

  • Re-shipping requests

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot generally be returned or refunded once production has commenced.

If a product arrives defective or significantly different from the approved artwork, customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we may at our discretion:

  • Replace the product

  • Repair the product

  • Issue a partial or full refund

Refunds will not be issued for customer-approved artwork errors.

10. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, trademarks and designs submitted to Point 3 Studio.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that may infringe intellectual property rights.

The customer accepts full responsibility for any claims arising from submitted artwork.

11. Marketing & Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Point 3 Studio reserves the right to photograph and display completed products for:

  • Portfolio purposes

  • Social media

  • Marketing materials

  • Website galleries

Customers requiring confidentiality should notify us before production begins.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Point 3 Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Delayed delivery costs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

13. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems

  • Upload malicious software or content

  • Interfere with website functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.
